techniques to help participants identify for themselves how practically to apply what they have learned through activities such as Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and 360 Degree Feedback. This aids all of our participants in taking the tools we give them in a short amount of time into their workplace for the rest of their lives.
In our leadership development programs we take advantage of the Leadership Effectiveness Analysis 360 Degree Feedback tool and coaching to grow individuals and teams that will, in turn, grow your organization.
For those who are highly adventurous we have training options that can include ropes courses, rappelling, paintball/firearms, backpacking, archery and kayaking. These are not for the faint of heart and deliver an experience that you and your team will never forget.
